Massage Chair Foot Massages

Massage chairs can do a lot for your body and mind.  Massage chairs can help relieve back pain and the massages they deliver just plain feel good.  Massage chairs can also lift your mood and even make you more productive.  When most people think of shiatsu massage chairs they think pretty exclusively of their back.  This is understandable because the main health benefits of a massage chair are back related.  Also, you’re not going to buy a whole contraction such as a massage chair to massage your arms.  However, it does go to say that perhaps when making your massage chair purchase you ought to consider the foot/leg massage features available on some massage chairs.  Some high end massage chairs offer really excellent leg and foot massage functions.  A lot of lower end chairs offer this feature as well, but often time they area cheap version.  Some chairs just have air bags that inflate and deflate, squeezing your legs. This is not a massage.  In fact the sensation it will cause will be sort of like getting your blood pressure taken.  The right foot massage on a massage chair will be a three dimensional massage.  The leg/foot part of the massage chair should have its own set of rollers and nodes.  This way the muscles actually get manipulated so that you can receive the sensual and health benefits of a leg/foot massage.  The benefits are pretty good too.  A leg or foot massage from your massage chair can reduce swelling, pain, and soreness.  It also improves circulation to your legs and feet.  This is all very good and feels excellent.  Paying for the air bag “massage” on a cut rate massage chair is a waste of money.  When you looking for the massage chair of your dreams, keep the foot massage feature in mind and don’t settle for anything less than you deserve.  A foot massage is great when it comes to massage chairs.
