All their warranties were legitimate. Good quality massage chairs come with warranties covering at least five years worth of parts and labor. Watch out for companies that have similar warranties but that do not cover labor. Another thing to watch out for is companies that claim in their warranty to offer in-home repair and service. Oftentimes, the massage chair company will simply outsource the job to a local handyman who will show up and tell you the repair has to be done by the manufacturer. This is a waste of your time, money and effort. In house warranty repair and service is simply a sales gimmick. The good news is, by being warranty savvy and knowing what to watch out for, you can avoid massage chairs that lack proper warranties. The warranty you want is one covering parts and labor, not just parts. With how much you spent on the massage chair to begin with, you most certainly deserve a proper massage chair warranty.
